We envision a vibrant community where interconnection, empowerment, and restoration are woven into the fabric of our world.
Our Mission: The Truth, Reconciliation, and Equity Collaborative (TREC) empowers Keene State College students, staff, and faculty, along with the greater Monadnock region, to collaboratively develop community-centered restorative solutions. These solutions cultivate self-reflection and relationship-building within a safe environment. We strive to create meaningful avenues for all to actively contribute to our collective understanding.
2024 – 2025 Academic Year Goals:
- Build a pool of trained facilitators at Keene State
- Facilitate community conversations and restorative circles by identifying key issues on campus.
- Collaborate with campus and community organizations to foster the mission and vision of TREC.
- Establish bi-weekly communication from TREC
- Co-create and co-facilitate the space and practices needed to be in the right relationship with ourselves, each other, and our community – both on and off campus.
